Shipping & Returns
Thank you for placing an order with us. We appreciate the love you have for our brands, and we hope you are completely satisfied with your experience on snackboxhub.com. Mistakes might happen, though, whether in our facilities or during our delivery process, so if you have an issue, we are here to help!
SHIPPING
Once an order is submitted, it is routed to one of our locations in the U.K. to be packed and shipped. It will take 3-5 business days from the time your order is confirmed to time of delivery. Shipping is free if the order minimum is met. The initial order minimum requirement is £19.9 to receive free shipping. This initial offer will be available only for an introductory time period. If multiple items are being shipped to the same address, we will combine into the least number of boxes to ensure safe and efficient delivery. We can only accept one "ship-to" address per order. Currently, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada
ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATION
Currently, we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been confirmed.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Please contact Customer Service here if you discover issues with your order.
ORDER ERRORS
Please report any order errors within 14 days. No order error reports will be accepted after 14 days as our items are perishable. If we issue a credit in response to your order error report, we will credit you via your original form of payment within 7-10 days. Please start this process by contacting Customer Service
PRODUCT FRESHNESS
We are committed to serving our direct delivery customers the freshest possible product experience. Therefore, all product is shipped with a minimum of 2-weeks of remaining freshness before its "best before" date code.
PRODUCT DAMAGES
Please report any damages within 14 days. Although our snacks are packaged to eliminate movement, some product breakage may occur.
OPEN BAGS
On occasion bags to open due to carrier handling issues, or changes in shipping routes. In the event you receive any open bags, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a credit for the opened items. Credits will be applied to the order payment method and processed at the cost of the product on the order.
